ISEESOFT ANNOUNCES THE FORMATION OF ISEESOFT STUDIOS

CINCINNATI, OH - November 1, 2002 - iSeeSoft today announced the formation of iSeeSoft Studios, a wholly owned subsidiary company of iSeeSoft. The new company will take over operations of iSeeSoft's motion capture division and begin offering its services to other game developers and the broadcast industry.
